Information submitted through this site
The contact form asks for your name, email, an optional phone number and property location, enquiry topic and message. The income-review form also asks for property type, bedrooms and rental status, with an optional listing link and notes. Please do not send payment details, identity documents or sensitive guest information.
Why the information is used
The forms are intended to let Whistler Management respond to enquiries, discuss a property and assess a potential management relationship. They do not include a marketing subscription.
Storage of enquiries
Submitted enquiries are stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database, including a submission timestamp and notification status. The website runs on OpenAI Sites hosting using Cloudflare infrastructure.
Calculator and research tools
The income calculator runs in your browser; its assumptions are not submitted with the income-review form. The Sun & Shade tool searches a downloaded address list locally. Its shareable URL contains the selected coordinates, date and time. Avoid sharing a link if you do not want others to see that location.
External services and technical data
Fonts load from Google Fonts. The Sun & Shade map requests street tiles from OpenStreetMap and terrain tiles hosted on Amazon Web Services; aerial imagery is requested through this website from Province of BC services. Those requests can disclose technical information such as an IP address and requested map area to the relevant provider. Hosting services may also process request data needed to operate and secure the site.
This website does not use analytics or advertising scripts, marketing cookies or tracking pixels. External providers’ handling of technical data is subject to their own policies. Links to external websites are governed by those websites’ own practices.
Access, correction and retention
Use our contact form to ask about information you submitted or to request a correction or deletion. Enquiry records are not automatically deleted after a fixed period. Please contact us with questions about a particular record or to request its deletion.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website and its data handling. The date above identifies the latest update.
